Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and packed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll receive an email and SMS with your tracking details as soon as your order ships.
During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days due to higher order volumes.

- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 79 applies to orders below Rs. 899
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime from the Order Status page or your account dashboard on our website.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take great care in packaging every order, if your package arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll resolve it with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
