All Sales Are Final

Because of the nature of our products and pricing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind — this includes wrong size, color, or design preference, or if you simply no longer want the item. Please review product photos, descriptions, and size/dimension details carefully before ordering. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded on this basis.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The only exception to the policy above: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to the conditions below.

• You must contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at hello@virellahomes.com
• You must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging
• Claims made after [48 hours], or without photo evidence, will not be accepted

Approved claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund at our discretion, depending on the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are never eligible for return or refund:

• Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or purchased during a promotional discount
• Gift cards
• Any item reported after the [48-hour] window, regardless of condition
• Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

Return Shipping

If a return is approved under the damaged/defective exception, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we explicitly state otherwise in our approval email. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us — use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within [7–10] business days of approval. Refund timing beyond that point depends on your bank or card provider and is outside our control. Approval of a refund is at our sole discretion based on the evidence provided.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please double-check your cart, shipping address, and product details before completing checkout.
