Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite pieces to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successful.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request changes or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at virellahomesbusiness@gmail.com. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be modified.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check order status anytime from your account dashboard.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically arrive in 4–8 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas may take a little longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all prepaid orders above Rs. 899 qualify for free shipping. Orders below that amount have a flat Rs. 79 shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within India. International shipping is in the works — follow us on Instagram for updates.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at virellahomesbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through pickup and processing within 24-48 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details.
